Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days; most orders arrive 4–7 business days after you order. When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation (with tracking details when the carrier provides them).
When does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Mon–Sat, start processing the same business day. Later orders start the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States only. Orders to other countries can't be placed at the moment.
Can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation (with tracking details when the carrier provides them).
Can I cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at protealane@gmail.com. If it has already shipped, you can return it under our Refund Policy.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my purchase secure?
Payments run through our checkout over an encrypted (SSL) connection, and card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you charge sales tax?
All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Any applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return items?
Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Our Refund Policy explains how.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at protealane@gmail.com — ideally with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item for a different one, just email us. The process works like a return — see our Refund & Returns policy for the details.
How do refunds work?
Once your return reaches us, we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.
Is there a warranty on the products?
We don't offer a separate store warranty. Your rights under applicable law are not affected, and if an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we replace or refund it.
