Returns, exchange & refund at a glance

• Condition: unused and in original condition and packaging.

• Refund: within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

30-day returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at protealane@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
